We believe work is more than just an action - it is a state of being and we pride ourselves on providing the perfect space. Our office spaces are made for innovators, driven teams, solopreneurs, and small business owners. We built Poway Coworking while building our own online business, with more than 30 years of experience and many business ventures achieved, we know how important it is to have a space that invites you to flourish. Our modern building features sophisticated modern design that creates comfort, yet encourages focus.

With many collaborative spaces throughout the building, community is at the heart of our mission. Our 4000 square feet of offices were completely renovated in 2022 with new floors, paint, LED lights, and furnishings.

Take a break from your hard work to enjoy coffee or tea with others in our gorgeous sun room, full of comfortable seating. Or, join us for a members event at our very own wine bar, called Little Hammer.

By creating dynamic workspaces with a determined and entrepreneurial spirit we help you grow, expand, and collaborate while our professional team sees to all of the background logistics and services. Our offices are move-in ready so all you have to do is plug your computer in. You can also customize your office to your liking with your own furniture and decorations. We add your logo to your office and to our directory, so you can easily be found by clients.

Conference rooms

We feature three conference areas (300-500 square feet), and have additional warehouse space for larger meetings up to 100 people. Each room can be equipped with audio visual equipment, conference or shared tables, chairs, glass boards, and large presentation monitors with screen sharing technology built in.

    Little Hammer is our private, in-house wine and spirits bar with the capacity for 35 people seated and up to 50 people standing. We host regular Wine 101 classes and the space is available for private events. We offer a wide selection of wines and unusual spirits, in addition to group tastings with experts.     How much is an office space?

    Sample Office Spaces :

    650 sq ft first floor reception coworking.

    Two dedicated second floor interior offices of 120 sq ft start at $750/month each for 1 person.

    Two dedicated first floor window view offices of 100 sq ft start at $800/month each for 1 person

    650 sq ft first floor reception area for lease.

    First floor window office of 120 sq ft starts at $950/month for 1 person.

    Two second floor window view offices of 140 sq ft start at $1000/month each for 1 person.

    Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms include showers.

    Little Hammer Private Bar Venue: 

    $200.00 per hour and shall be billed in increments of one hour for periods of 15+ minutes.
    Additional charges will be based on the number of people and food/drinks requests.
    Renting the bar requires a bar package. There is no outside food or drink allowed.
    $1500 minimum alcohol consumption plus fees for servers, catering, cleaning and damage deposit. 

    Conference Rooms:


    $200 per hour for 12 person luxury black meeting table with wet bar in the room.     Additional seating available can extend table to up to 24 people.

    Additional tables and meeting space available in adjacent rooms and into warehouse space (additional fees)

    What are the hours?

    8 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday

    What does parking look like?

    Free onsite parking. 20 parking spaces until 5PM. 50 parking spaces after 5PM.

    Are utilities included?

    Yes. Your membership at Poway Coworking includes free, high speed Wifi, electricity, and water.
